There are two options available: an email sent when a case is paid in full, and another for when a case is paid while in a settlement mode. Setting these up is a straightforward process. Here's how:

  1. Automatic Email for Fully Paid Cases:

FinView can automatically send an email notification when a case has been paid in full. To set this up:

  • Go to customer settings and find the 'Automatic Email for Fully Paid Cases' option.
  • Simply toggle this option to 'Yes' to enable the feature.
  • Next, select the template you wish to use for the automatic email. The email will be sent out when a case is fully paid and closed.
  1. Automatic Email for Settled Cases:

Similarly, you can set up automatic emails for when a case has been paid while in settlement mode. Here's how:

  • In the customer settings, locate the 'Automatic Email for Settled Cases' option.
  • Just like the previous setting, toggle this to 'Yes' to enable.
  • Choose the appropriate email template for this type of notification. The system will automatically dispatch an email when a case in settlement mode is paid and closed.
