Searching for a Case in FinView

Via FinView Case Owner Number:

The FinView Case Owner Number is a unique identifier assigned to each case owner. To use this method:

Access the 'Cases' section from the sidebar.
Enter the FinView Case Owner Number into the search box.
From the dropdown menu in the search box, select the 'Case Owner Number' option.
The matching results will be displayed automatically.

Via FinView Case File Number:

Each case file in FinView also has its unique Case File Number. To locate a case using this number:

Navigate to the 'Cases' section.
Input the FinView Case File Number into the search box.
Select 'Case File Number' from the dropdown menu.
