Creating a new workflow tailored specifically to a customer directly from the customer account is a straightforward process in FinView. Here's how you can set this up:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Account: Open the customer account where you wish to add a workflow. If you're setting up a new customer, the 'Workflows' tab will become available after you've completed entering your finance settings.
  2. Go to the Workflows Tab: Within the customer account, find and click on the 'Workflows' tab.
  3. Add a New Workflow: Inside the 'Workflows' tab, look for and click the 'Add workflow' button to initiate the process.
  4. Select 'Create New Workflow': When the 'Add workflow' options appear, select 'Create New Workflow'. This will allow you to start crafting a new workflow that's specific to the customer at hand.
  5. Input Workflow Details:
  • Name Your Workflow: Define a meaningful name for your workflow. The name should reflect the specific function or strategy that this workflow represents for the customer.
  • Provide a Short Code: Enter a unique short code for your workflow. The short code is a brief, unique identifier that's useful for referring to the workflow in other settings.
  • Give a Description: Provide a brief description of the workflow. This should outline its purpose or strategy, making it easy to understand at a glance.
  • Select Workflow Type: Choose the appropriate type for your workflow from the drop-down menu. The type should reflect the specific application or stage of the customer interaction that this workflow represents.

Create the Workflow: Once you've filled out all the necessary details, click on 'Create '. FinView will now set up your new workflow, tailored specifically for your customer.

Your newly created, customer-specific workflow will now be listed in the workflows list for that customer. With this, you have successfully created a unique workflow, enabling you to manage your customer cases more effectively and in a manner that's tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
