Setting up your business entity in FinView is an initial step you take when creating your customer account.
After inputting your company's information and assigning a contact to your customer, you'll proceed to the third stage in the customer setup process.
Here, you're asked to choose a business entity. You can select this from the dropdown menu or initiate a search by typing into the field.
After selecting the appropriate business entity, continue to fill out the remaining settings. Upon clicking 'save', the selected business entity is stored and automatically applied to your customer's profile. This feature ensures consistent communication templates, settings, and company details across all customer interactions.
